Thank you for shopping with Built By Dad. Every order supports our mission to encourage fathers to build themselves, lead their families, and leave a legacy.

Many Built By Dad all products are made to order. This allows us to offer a wider selection of products and reduce unnecessary inventory and waste. Because items are produced specifically after an order is placed, please allow time for both production and shipping.

Order Processing & Production

Most Built By Dad products are produced after your order is submitted.

Production typically takes 2–7 business days before an order ships. Actual production time can vary depending on the product, order size, product availability, print provider, holidays, and periods of high demand. Printify states that most orders are shipped within this 2–7 business-day production window.

Business days do not include weekends or applicable holidays.

Once an order enters production, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

Estimated Shipping Times

Shipping time begins after production is complete.

For U.S. orders, available shipping methods may vary by product and fulfillment provider. Typical Printify delivery estimates after fulfillment are approximately 2–5 business days for Standard Shipping and 4–8 business days for Economy Shipping, when those services are available. Priority and Express options may be available for certain products.

International Standard Shipping, when available, may take approximately 10–30 business days after fulfillment.

These timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, high-volume periods, customs processing, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated based on the products in your order, destination, fulfillment provider, and available shipping method.

Your applicable shipping charge will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Built By Dad may occasionally offer free-shipping promotions. Any promotional requirements or minimum purchase amounts will be displayed at the time of the promotion.

Tracking Your Order

When tracking is available, you will receive tracking information after your order has been produced and transferred to the shipping carrier.

Tracking information may take additional time to update after the shipping label is created.

Some fulfillment providers or shipping services may not provide full tracking information.

Orders With Multiple Products

Your order may be fulfilled by more than one production facility.

As a result, items within the same order may arrive in separate packages and on different dates. You will not be charged additional shipping simply because an order is divided into multiple fulfillment shipments beyond the shipping amount displayed at checkout.

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.

Please review your shipping information carefully before submitting your order.

If you notice an address error, contact us as soon as possible. We will attempt to correct the address before production or shipment; however, changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered production or has shipped.

Built By Dad is not responsible for additional costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages

If your tracking information shows unusual delays or your package appears to be lost, please contact us so we can review the shipment.

Carrier delays can occur and do not necessarily indicate that a package has been lost.

If tracking shows that an order was delivered but you cannot locate the package, please first check around the delivery location, with household members, neighbors, building management, and the applicable carrier.

If the package still cannot be located, contact us and we will assist in reviewing the situation.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible.

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product and packaging when applicable.

Eligible product-quality issues will be handled according to our Return and Refund Policy.

International Orders

International shipping may be available to selected destinations.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their country unless otherwise stated during checkout.

Customs processing can also cause additional delivery delays.

Holiday & High-Volume Periods

Production and shipping times may increase during major holidays, promotional events, product launches, and other periods of unusually high order volume.

If you are purchasing an item for a specific holiday or event, we recommend ordering as early as possible.

Delivery Estimates

All production, shipment, and delivery dates displayed by Built By Dad, Shopify, Printify, or shipping carriers are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Built By Dad cannot guarantee arrival by a specific date.
